CYB was born in the Dauphiné, in France.
She was initiated very early into pictorial technique and drawing, in New Caledonia in the South Pacific where she spent her childhood, then in Carthage on the shores of the Mediterranean.
Upon returning to France, to Paris in the Montparnasse district, she continued to paint and draw alongside studies in philosophy at the Sorbonne. She took a close interest in abstract movements. An important encounter with the painter Georges Mathieu allowed her to deepen her artistic research. During this period she wrote various articles, notably on Lyrical Abstraction and on Expressionism.
She painted for ten years in Lille and began exhibiting from 2000.
Since 2004 she has been painting and living in Paris. Recent years have been marked by the discovery of Venice, and by the emergence of figurative elements in her painting.
