My approach is resolutely abstract, and at the same time, it is possible for everyone to recognize forms, to find a connection with the real.
The act of painting is an adventure and the certainty of an encounter. A pure desire, for a color, for a contrast, a pure energy transform into pictorial space and allow forms, tensions, a balance, an architecture to come to light.
It is toward the encounter with this apparition that I go when I paint.
