CYB was born in Dauphiné, France.

She began learning painting techniques and drawing at an early age in New Caledonia in the South Pacific where she spent her childhood, then in Carthage on the shores of the Mediterranean.

Returning to France in Paris in the Montparnasse district, she continued to paint and draw while studying philosophy at the Sorbonne. She became deeply interested in abstract movements. An important meeting with painter Georges Mathieu allowed her to deepen her artistic research. During this period she wrote various articles, notably on Lyrical Abstraction and Expressionism.

She painted for ten years in Lille and began exhibiting from 2000 onwards.

Since 2004 she has been painting and living in Paris. Recent years have been marked by the discovery of Venice, and by the emergence of figurative elements in her painting.
